Q: What is The Kreative Archives?
A: Kreative Archives is an online learning community dedicated to all things lifestyle. We offer monthly interactive workshops that help people learn, grow, and get more out of life.
Q: What is the age restriction for all workshops?
A: Participants must be at least 18 years of age for all workshops online.
Q: When is the last day of registering for all workshops?
A: The registration deadline for all workshops is three days before the workshop.
Q: All workshops are 100% live online format. What is the default time zone?
As this is a global learning platform, we provide workshops in different timezones, so please make sure to check the workshop timezone before you register. Our default time zone is PST time zone in Los Angeles, CA.
Q: What if there are less than 5 participants registered for the workshop?
A: The Kreative Archives reserves the right to cancel any workshop, cap course size, adjust workshop format or substitute instructors should it be necessary. All workshops must meet the minimum participant requirement (five participants) three days before the scheduled workshop or the course will be cancelled.
Q: Is it possible to transfer the workshop?
A: We don’t allow participants to transfer payment of one workshop for another workshop.
Q: If I miss the workshop, is it possible to get a makeup workshop?
A: In the event that a participant misses a workshop, The Kreative Archives isn’t obligated to provide a makeup session. Since we cannot refund any missed workshops or provide make-up workshops, we strongly advise participants to make every effort to attend.
Q: How do I request a refund for the workshop?
A: Refund Request must be received via e-mail, and will go into effect on the date received, that is, the day the request is opened.
