Refund Policy

-   Refund Request must be received via e-mail, and will go into effect on the date received, that is, the day the request is opened. We encourage you to request a return receipt for any e-mail refund request and keep for your own records.

All workshops refunds will be issued per the following:

- 100% refund MINUS REGISTRATION FEE $5

will be issued for courses cancelled 7 days before the workshop day.

- 50% refund MINUS REGISTRATION FEE $5

will be issued for courses cancelled 3 days before the workshop day.

For all workshops, there is a no refund policy for cancellations WITHIN 3 days before the workshop.

- No refund will be issued for a WORKSHOP SERIES cancelled on or after the workshop date.

- PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 2 WEEKS TO PROCESS REFUNDS.
